Description:

Large organizations are attempting to transform themselves to Agile. Bringing in coaches, and trainers, promising to embrace failing fast and give their people autonomy. 80% of teams are Agile. BUT it just does not feel like they say it should. Something tells you Agile@ Spotify doesn't feel like this? You are probably right.

Culture shift is at the core of Agile transformations. Culture shifts start at the top. And chances are that all the focus on your Agile transformation has been at the bottom.

This lightning talk argues that undertaking an Agile transformation, without undertaking a Culture shift from the CXO level, is likely not going to get the results you expect. And that an overt Culture transformation should be launched for/of/by the C-suite side-by-side with any Agile transformation
